Installation Engineers (Bristol and the South West)

Clearwater Technology are the leading independent water treatment and water and air hygiene service providers in the UK; to support our continued growth in the South West we are looking for applicants to take on the role of water hygiene install engineer working from our Bristol office.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an expanding operations team to deliver excellent water hygiene, water treatment and air hygiene services to the industry for a respected market leader.

Successful candidates will be experienced in mechanical and electrical engineering as well as having knowledge and experience in pipefitting.
Desired skills also include knowledge and experience with softeners, filtration, dosing and chlorine dioxide plant.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced water hygiene engineer with the above skills to join a hugely successful team, must be self-motivated and willing to take control of installation projects from survey through to completion.

It is also vital that the successful candidate can view a job and provide a parts list and be actively involved from survey t completion.

PC literacy is a must as is a detailed knowledge of ACOP L8.
Salary and benefits are dependent on skills and experience but Clearwater offers all staff an excellent package along with career progression.

Operations Managers (North West and Bishops Stortford)

To support our continued growth in both our Warrington and Bishops Stortford offices we are looking for applicants to take on the role of operations manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with sales and admin to help lead an expanding operations team to deliver excellent water hygiene, water treatment and air hygiene services to the industry for a respected market leader.

The successful applicant will be an experienced water treatment engineer with supervisory skills and possess organisational, leadership and interpersonal skills. Enthusiasm and reliability are essential requirements. A sound technical grounding and thorough knowledge of the requirements of ACOP: L8 would be a distinct advantage also an engineering hands on back ground would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee a team of technicians
Responsible for staff development.
Works in close cooperation with Regional Sales Team to ensure quality of service and scheduling of works to meet given deadlines.
Contributes to the delivery of the company business plan.
Responsible for delivering contracted and one-off service works within the region.
Helps to manage and develop a regional operations team to enable them to do work effectively within the framework of health & safety standards, IIP, ISO 9001 and company standard procedures.
Assists the UK Operations Manager in setting and monitoring KPI’s and SMART targets for their staff.
Required to set a culture of continuous improvement and ideas.
Effectively liaise with other teams/departments within the company.

Pre-Commission Cleaning Engineer (South)

We are looking for an experienced pre-commission cleaning engineer to add to our successful team in the South.

Candidates will have experience working for a pre-commission cleaning or multi-discipline water treatment company. Successful candidates will be familiar with and have extensive knowledge of BSRIA. We are looking for evidence of a proven track record in high-value, large-scale projects. Applicants must have the ability to carry out pre-visits.
