Legionella Control
Clearwater provide a complete range of Legionella control services to enable clients to comply with statutory legislation and guidance including ACOP:L8. We provide comprehensive Legionella Risk Assessments as well as system sampling services and Legionella analysis.
We also provide system chlorinations / disinfections, legionella showerhead filters and constant dosing programmes using chlorine dioxide generators to help control Legionella bacteria in water systems.

Chlorine Dioxide
Chlorine dioxide is a powerful oxidising biocide that has proven efficacy against a broad spectrum of micro-organisms, including Legionella. Chlorine dioxide may be dosed into potable water supplies at levels up to 0.5ppm which can be an effective treatment for the prevention of Legionnaires disease. There are many other applications for chlorine dioxide.
Clearwater offer a range of generation technologies including chlorine dioxide tablets, powders, stabilised chlorine dioxide and catalytic chlorine dioxide generators.

Chemical Cleaning Services
Clearwater chemical cleaning services range from the chlorination / disinfection of down services and drinking water pipework and cooling towers, to the pre-commission cleaning of closed systems according to BSRIA guidelines.
We also deal in chemical cleaning and descaling of industrial water systems and biocide washes for existing systems that are contaminated with micro-organisms such as NRB’s, SRB’s or strains of pseudomonas.

Engineering Services
Clearwater engineers have the expertise to install and service a wide range of water treatment plant; ranging from water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, pump booster sets and water and waste water pump stations to water storage tanks and chemical dosing equipment.
We offer nationwide coverage throughout the UK and service level agreements that cover 365 days of the year.
