The corrosion inhibitor chemical used in this product forms a thin film around the system. This protects the surfaces from corrosive substances including Oxygen.
||Neutralizing amine condensate treatment. Water reacts with the surface of steel piping to form an insoluble iron oxide coating. This coating protects the rest of the steel from the water and consequently prevents further corrosion. When Carbon Dioxide is present in a condensate system it reacts to form carbonic acid. This then reacts with and removes the iron oxide coating from the steel and leads to additional corrosion. This corrosion has been observed to cause deep grooves that run along the length of the pipework. If left unattended the condensate pipework will need replacing regularly, meaning high maintenance costs and loss of production. Clearwater technicians add a blend of amines to the condensate system, which neutralize the carbonic acid and eliminate corrosion.

||Monoethylene Glycol is commonly referred to as Antifreeze. This product is used to lower the freezing temperature of a solution, enabling it to flow in sub-zero temperatures. It is primarily used in chilling systems but can be used in any system where water is exposed to low temperatures. We also provide Monopropylene Glycol which is food industry approved.
||Catalytic Chlorine Dioxide
||Chlorine Dioxide has been described as "the ideal biocide". It can be used in a wide variety of systems, across a wide temperature range and across a wide pH range. Clearwater catalytic generation units produce extremely pure aqueous solutions of chlorine dioxide. Typical applications include; drinking water purification, down water services, cooling towers, swimming pools and water features, eliminates microfouling in water softeners, ice machines and disinfection of legionella contaminated systems. ||Drinking Water Systems
||Clearwater Technology offer a range of drinking water systems. These use a three stage filtration system to remove the taste and smell of chlorine and to remove any sediment from the water. They then bombard the water with ultraviolet light to destroy any bacteria that may be present. Water is chilled by a direct chilling coil and distributed at 5°C. These systems have a range of advantages over bottled water systems; they are cheaper, they are more hygienic, they don't require any storage space for bottles, no manual handling is required and there isn't any ordering involved once the system is in place. ||Cloxide is an aqueous solution containing 50,000ppm chlorine dioxide, which is stabilised in solution. In its manufactured state Cloxide has limited biocidal activity, which means that it is safe to transport. The solution can then be activated to form free chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is a powerful broad spectrum biocide that has a wide range of applications. If left unactivated the cloxide will react provide long term bacteriocidal and slime control in water. The activation of cloxide can be manipulated to form a blend of free and stabilised chlorine dioxide. Such a mixture contains a powerful biocide for immediate use and a slower residual which provides longer term protection. Cloxide can be used in a range of applications. ||Impregnated wipes for hard surface sanitation. Use on equipment surfaces for the removal of body spills and for general hygiene purposes.
||Powerful hard surface sanitizer solution. Can be used through fogging systems to achieve complete sanitation over a wide area including air handling systems.
Can be applied through a Tri-jet fogging generator to deliver a large volume of atomised spray to achieve rapid sanitising of ward, public toilets, private rooms and service areas. This operation would normally be carried out as an emergency recovery programme after large-scale infection, or during shut-down / isolation periods.
