Steamcare B7 Alkalinity builder. Used in boilers to increase the pH of the system to optimum levels.
Steamcare B12 Oxygen scavenger and dispersant for boilers.
Steamcare B38 Dispersant product for boilers. This product removes the possibility of sedimentation or blockages within a boiler system.
Steamcare B10 Oxygen scavenger for boilers. Removal of Oxygen from a system leads to a decrease in corrosion and consequently a decrease in maintenance costs.
Steamcare B64 'All in one' boiler treatment for soft water areas. Suitable for food processing plants.
Steamcare B69 Premium oxygen scavenger product for boilers. Primarily used in mature systems.
Steamcare B73 All in one boiler treatment developed for medium hardness waters. Incorporates scale & corrosion inhibitors, oxygen scavengers and dispersant chemicals.
Steamcare 75 All in one steam boiler water treatment which is effective in all water hardnesses. Incorporates scale & corrosion inhibitors and a dispersant. The corrosion inhibitor chemical used in this product forms a thin film around the system. This protects the surfaces from corrosive substances including Oxygen.
Steamcare B91 Neutralizing amine condensate treatment. Water reacts with the surface of steel piping to form an insoluble iron oxide coating. This coating protects the rest of the steel from the water and consequently prevents further corrosion. When Carbon Dioxide is present in a condensate system it reacts to form carbonic acid. This then reacts with and removes the iron oxide coating from the steel and leads to additional corrosion. This corrosion has been observed to cause deep grooves that run along the length of the pipework. If left unattended the condensate pipework will need replacing regularly, meaning high maintenance costs and loss of production. Clearwater technicians add a blend of amines to the condensate system, which neutralize the carbonic acid and eliminate corrosion.
Steamcare BK475 All in one boiler treatment for hard water areas. Incorporates water softener, oxygen scavenger, alkalinity builder, scale & corrosion inhibitor and dispersant chemicals.
Microcare BR Bromine releasing oxidising biocide tablets. This product is particularly effective as a primary biocide for open recirculating cooling systems. It can also be used for the disinfection of swimming pools or water features.
Microcare C15 Non-oxidising biocide. Mainly used as a secondary biocide in open recirculating cooling systems. This species poisons bacterial species and is effective against legionella.
Microcare C16 Biodispersant & Non-oxidising biocide. This product poisons bacteria and is effective against legionella. It also removes biofilm. It can be used as a primary or secondary biocide in open recirculating cooling systems. It is also used as a biocide for closed systems.
Microcare C17 Non-oxidising biocide and biodispersant. This product poisons bacteria and is effective against legionella. It also removes biofilm. It can be used as a biocide for closed systems or open recirculating cooling systems.
Microcare C18 Cleaner / Disinfectant. Suitable for post commission cleaning and for disinfecting systems that have tested positive for legionella. Primarily used for open recirculating cooling systems, closed systems and down water services.
Microcare C19 Cleaner / Disinfectant. Used for pre-commission cleaning of open recirculating cooling systems.
Microcare C20 Oxidising biocide. This product is usually used in conjunction with Microcare C18 in open recirculating cooling systems. The two products react in situ to form hypobromous acid which is a highly effective biocide.
Microcare C26 Oxidising biocide. Slow release chlorine tablets for use in water features.
Systemcare B10 Oxygen scavenger for closed systems. The removal of oxygen from a system leads to a decrease in corrosion and consequently a decrease in maintenance costs.
Systemcare B57 Corrosion control for closed heating and chilling systems. Often used in conjunction with Systemcare B84.
Systemcare B58 Copper inhibitor. This product was developed for closed systems that contain high levels of copper.
Systemcare B64 All in one treatment for closed systems in soft water areas. Suitable for food processing plants.
Systemcare B84 Closed circuit scale & corrosion inhibitor for hot and cold systems. This product also contains dispersant chemicals which prevent the possibility of sedimentation or blockages within the system.
Systemcare B96 Corrosion inhibitor, scaling control and dispersant. For use in hot and cold closed systems. Used in place of Systemcare B100 when using oxidising biocides.
Systemcare B100 Closed system corrosion inhibitor.
Systemcare 250 Alkali pre-commission cleaner for hot and cold enclosed systems.
Systemcare BX Acidic pre-commission and post-commission cleaner for hot and cold enclosed systems.
Systemcare PT Corrosion inhibitor for down water (hot water). Treats red (rusty) water.
Systemcare Ti Sludge inhibitor / dispersant for down water. Prevents initial buildup (threshold inhibitor).
Systemcare AF Antifoaming agent for boilers. Foaming within boilers can lead to unwanted liquid and gas (bubbles) in the condensate system. This causes corrosion and loss of heat exchange efficiency. Systemcare AF reduces the surface tension of a liquid, removing the possibility of foaming. This ensures that system efficiency is maximised and maintenance costs are kept to a practicable minimum.
Coolcare C31 'All in one' treatment for open recirculating cooling systems. Created to optimise system performance in softwater areas. Prevents corrosion and scaling and removes existing corrosion products. Contains surfactants which disperse undesirable substances and consequently prevent blockages.
Coolcare C32 Scale and corrosion inhibitor developed for open recirculating cooling systems in medium to soft water areas. It incorporates dispersant chemicals which prevent the formation of blockages and promote the evacuation of undesirable substances.
Coolcare C40 Scale and corrosion inhibitor developed for cooling tower water treatment in medium to hard water areas. It incorporates dispersant chemicals which remove the possibility for sedimentation and blockages.
Coolcare C52 All organic scale and corrosion inhibitor for open recirculating cooling systems. It incorporates a dispersant, which ensures that all substances are kept in solution. This removes the possibility of sedimentation and blockages, and consequently leads to more efficient heat exchange. This product was developed for optimum performance in hard water areas.
Coolcare 148 Used for acid dosing. Corrosion inhibitor for low temperature open recirculating cooling systems.
Coolcare C310 'All in one' treatment for open recirculating cooling systems. Created to optimise performance in softwater areas. Prevents corrosion and scaling and removes existing corrosion products. Contains surfactant which disperses undesirable substances and prevents blockages.
Coolcare C320. Scale and corrosion inhibitor developed for open recirculating cooling systems in soft water areas. It incorporates dispersant chemicals which prevent sedimantation or blockages within the system.
Coolcare C400 Scale and corrosion inhibitor developed for open recirculating cooling systems in medium to hard water areas. It also contains dispersant chemicals which prevent the formation of blockages and promote the evacuation of undesirable substances.
Coolcare C520 Scale & corrosion inhibitor and dispersant for open recirculating cooling systems.
Clearpool 10 This product is used for poisoning algae in swimming pools and water features. It also contains a dispersant chemical which clarifies the water.
Clearbio Clearbio contains a mixture of bacteria and surfactants. It is highly effective at absorbing fats and grease. It is dosed into kitchen sinks in order to prevent blockages.
Clearwater Granular Salt This is used to soften water in hard water areas.
Clearwater Glycol Monoethylene Glycol is commonly referred to as Antifreeze. This product is used to lower the freezing temperature of a solution, enabling it to flow in sub-zero temperatures. It is primarily used in chilling systems but can be used in any system where water is exposed to low temperatures. We also provide Monopropylene Glycol which is food industry approved.
Catalytic Chlorine Dioxide Chlorine Dioxide has been described as "the ideal biocide". It can be used in a wide variety of systems, across a wide temperature range and across a wide pH range. Clearwater catalytic generation units produce extremely pure aqueous solutions of chlorine dioxide. Typical applications include; drinking water purification, down water services, cooling towers, swimming pools and water features, eliminates microfouling in water softeners, ice machines and disinfection of legionella contaminated systems. Drinking Water Systems Clearwater Technology offer a range of drinking water systems. These use a three stage filtration system to remove the taste and smell of chlorine and to remove any sediment from the water. They then bombard the water with ultraviolet light to destroy any bacteria that may be present. Water is chilled by a direct chilling coil and distributed at 5°C. These systems have a range of advantages over bottled water systems; they are cheaper, they are more hygienic, they don't require any storage space for bottles, no manual handling is required and there isn't any ordering involved once the system is in place. Cloxide Cloxide is an aqueous solution containing 50,000ppm chlorine dioxide, which is stabilised in solution. In its manufactured state Cloxide has limited biocidal activity, which means that it is safe to transport. The solution can then be activated to form free chlorine dioxide. Chlorine dioxide is a powerful broad spectrum biocide that has a wide range of applications. If left unactivated the cloxide will react provide long term bacteriocidal and slime control in water. The activation of cloxide can be manipulated to form a blend of free and stabilised chlorine dioxide. Such a mixture contains a powerful biocide for immediate use and a slower residual which provides longer term protection. Cloxide can be used in a range of applications. CloxPur 5 Hard Surface Sanitizer. For application by trigger spray as a mannual fogging treatment. Used to treat unexpected emissions of body fluids - vomit, blood, urine and faeces - on any hard surface.
CloxPur 5 Wipes Impregnated wipes for hard surface sanitation. Use on equipment surfaces for the removal of body spills and for general hygiene purposes.
CloxPur 20 Powerful hard surface sanitizer solution. Can be used through fogging systems to achieve complete sanitation over a wide area including air handling systems. Can be applied through a Tri-jet fogging generator to deliver a large volume of atomised spray to achieve rapid sanitising of ward, public toilets, private rooms and service areas. This operation would normally be carried out as an emergency recovery programme after large-scale infection, or during shut-down / isolation periods.
Clox-Tab 10 Tablet designed for slow release of chlorine dioxide. Typical applications include; water tank and system disinfection, Swimming pool treatment and flume washing within food processing operations.
Clox-Tab S2 Tablet form Anti-microbial water softener treatment.
Clox-Tab CSR 1.05 Tablet form chlorine dioxide treatment for prevention of micro-organisms in ice machines.
Clox-Tab F2.5 Chlorine dioxide based tablet or powder. Typical applications include; Buildings fumigation, smoke / water damage odour rectification and fumigation of poultry stations.
Clox-Tab CSR 1.20 Chlorine Dioxide based air sanitizer. Eliminates odours in confined spaces. This product kills odour causing bacteria and reacts with odourous molecules in confined spaces. It is ideal for use in offices or buildings for the removal of tobacco odours.
